Previously, I reported that both i SQUARE's debut album and their lead single "Hey Sexy Lady" were both executive produced by Diddy.
In the "Hey Sexy Lady" piece, I noted that the group was said to be signed to The Pentagon/Interscope.
Why was this important? Well, it was 13 months ago when Damon Thomas revealed that he had entered into a joint label venture with Diddy and Interscope. The name of that venture? The Pentagon.
I noticed, last night, that a number of websites are referring to the group as a "The Pentagon/Bad Boy/Interscope" act. Where did this come from? Well, the source appears to be a press release/bio-type message issued on the group's Facebook page. If you click the "Info" tab, you will see that it plainly says, in the first paragraph that the group's lead single was released via "Pentagon/Bad Boy/Interscope."

HipHopDX has confirmed the track listing for Nelly's upcoming "Nelly 5.0" album. Previously, we learned that it would feature "1,000 Stacks" featuring Diddy and The Notorious B.I.G.
But, this track listing also reveals a bonus track featuring Dirty Money, titled "Kissing You." The album is set for a November 16 release. It is unclear if this will be a bonus track on the standard retail version of the album, or if it will be part of some exclusive version. Stay tuned.
Seventeen.com has a behind the scenes clip from iSQUARE's "Hey Sexy Lady" music video. Check it out below. At the 2:15 mark, you can see that Diddy makes a cameo appearance in the clip. In the interview on Seventeen.com, the group speaks of Diddy's mentorship:
17: Diddy is your mentor. What's it been like working with him?
iSquare: He's like a big brother to us. He's taught us a lot, like when it comes to photo shoots and stuff like that, he'll tell us, "Nah, that's not too hot." But he's very cool and humble and keeps us humble, so we rock with him a lot.

Following yesterday's release of "Fontaine Bleau" by Bugatti Boyz ( with Masspike Miles and without him), you can now pickup a free download of the version with Masspike Miles over at OnSMASH.
Check out the video clip below, featuring Diddy jumping on stage during a Wiz Khalifa show on Thursday/Friday.
Earlier today, Diddy released "Fountain Bleu" by the Bugatti Boyz for free download. I suspected it was spelled Fontaine Bleau, after the resort in Miami. Sure enough, the single cover below has that spelling.
You'll note that Masspike Miles is mentioned on the cover. But, he wasn't on the version posted earlier today. According to Spiff TV, the official version does feature the Maybach Music artist and you can listen to it at OnSMASH. You can't download it as the version they are offering is the one without Miles. But, the embeddable player on their site does feature the right version. When I find a legitimate download, I'll post an update. The record was produced by The Olympicks.
On Twitter, Diddy just released a new Bugatti Boyz record, "Fountain Bleu." You can download both dirty and clean versions.
Care of the Platinum Boy Music blog, check out the audio clip below. It's "Dirt On a Record" by the late Stack Bundles, produced by Antwan "Amadeus" Thompson).
According to David Harraway, Aasim has a new record on the way that will feature "Bedrock" singer Lloyd.
A little deja vu, perhaps? Sheek Louch of The Lox told Vibe that the group has agreed to terms with Diddy and Bad Boy, but that they need Interscope and Ruff Ryders to release their respective shares of the group.
It has been over a year and a half since Jadakiss revealed that Diddy had offered the group a return to their former label. In that time, we've learned that Diddy wanted to do a one album deal and only a one album deal with them. In January, Styles P said that they were talking to Diddy and no one else. But, in May, Jadakiss seemed less than certain they'd end up at Bad Boy.
Their first exit from Bad Boy followed protests on their behalf to "let The Lox go," including t-shirts and a public war of words. Diddy eventually agreed to a buyout from Interscope, and the group signed with them.
