Check out the clip below for a small snippet of Dirty Money's "A** on the Floor," produced by Swizz Beatz. Dawn Richard mentioned on Global Grind that this record was produced by Swizz Beatz and written by Richard and Kalenna.
Thanks Meme.
According to Red Cafe's Twitter, the rapper just mixed a new record with T-Pain.
On Twitter, Diddy shared a free download to a new remix of Dirty Money's "Loving You No More," featuring Gucci Mane and Red Cafe.
The Red Cafe verse was also featured on a mix that Red Cafe released earlier this month, which has the verse at the start of the song, versus in Drake's place, which is where this one has it. Earlier today, Diddy released a remix to the record with Busta Rhymes.
According to reporter Tony Anderson, a "news brief" featuring Cassie will air during tonight's "106 & Park" on BET. The spot is set to air at 7:40 PM ET.
Thanks CassieArmy.
Care of Diddy's Twitter, here is a free download for the new remix to Dirty Money's "Loving You No More" featuring a new verse from Busta Rhymes alongside the album cut verse from Drake.
The bio on the Diddy/Dirty Money website has a few new details about the group's upcoming album, "Last Train to Paris."
"Shades," a record that appeared online last month featuring Lil' Wayne and Justin Timberlake also features singer Bilal. Back in May, we learned that Bilal would be featured on the set and now we know at least one specific record that he is on.
Furthermore, two new tracks are mentioned, the Mario Winans-produced "Give My All to You" and "Twisted," where Diddy sings "I'll even take off my shades." (Interestingly enough, this line is also included in "Shades.")
On Twitter, Cheri Dennis revealed that she is no longer signed to Bad Boy.
"I am not signed to Bad Boy people!," she wrote. "I appreciate ALL the love... but please get the facts straight!"
I actually asked Dennis if she was still on Bad Boy last night, but did not receive a reply. If you want people to know what the (new) facts are, you have to make them known - and answer inquiries in regards to them.
Dennis released her debut album, "In and Out of Love," on iTunes exclusively in November of 2007, followed by a physical release in February of the next year. It spawned two music videos ("I Love You" and "Portrait of Love") and peaked at #74 on The Billboard 200 albums chart.
At this time, Bad Boy Blog will cease coverage of Dennis. I wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors.
Janelle Monae will be featured on the soundtrack of the upcoming film "For Colored Girls," directed by Tyler Perry and starring Janet Jackson, Thandie Newton, Whoopi Goldberg, Phylicia Rashad, Anika Noni Rose, Loretta Devine, Kimberly Elise and Kerry Washington.
The first two minutes or so of her song, "Without a Fight," can be heard on the official soundtrack website. You can pre-order the CD on Amazon.com.
On Twitter, Cheri Dennis has released a new record, "Take Over." You can download it for free. It was written by Dennis and TUBBYOUNG.
In the clip below, she sings the track, saying that her manager wanted her to check out this "TV track for my show." No further details on a potential show were provided.
