Fabolous' website has photos from the music video shoot for Cassie's "I Love It," which features the rapper. The song was released on her mixtape, Rock a Bye Baby.
Cassie, who is working with Forever 21 on a Summer 2013 campaign, answered some questions for their blog. When asked who she's been dying to collaborate with, she named Lana Del Ray.
"I love the way she writes and her swag," Cassie says.
"I worked on that with my labelmate Los and he just really coached me through it, and I was like 'Los I can not believe you have me rapping this fast, I never thought I could move my mouth this fast,'" she said.
Everybody's letting it marinate, but even when I played that record and "Bad B******" for one of my friends wh'’s known me since I first started in the music industry was like, 'Wait, this is Esther Dean.' Everyone has been like, 'What the hell? Where did you come up sounding like that? I don't ever remember you being loud and boisterous.' I'm like, 'I know, I'm so laid back in real life.'"
