Back in May of last year, Aasim said on Twitter that he was no longer a Bad Boy artist and, not just that, but he was retiring from rapping.

But, less than two weeks later, he was back, though it wasn't clear if he was still signed to Bad Boy.

In December, though, he again mentioned that he was "not on Bad Boy anymore."

Aasim will release a new mixtape, "Live at the Tunnel: The Ski Mask Way" on Monday, March 19 at 1 PM ET, according to the release page on DatPiff.

The mixtape was originally announced in October. in December, Aasim revealed plans to release it as a double mixtape with his planned "F*** the Industry" mixtape. It is unclear if that is still the case.

Aasim has released a new song, complete with a visual. It's "Save My Soul" featuring a Cee Lo Green sample from Gnarls Barkley's "Who's Gonna Save my Soul." Watch below and pick up a free download, provided in the video's description on YouTube.

On Twitter, Aasim mentioned that he was editing the video for "Second Chance" from his Chris Brown-inspired "We Invented the Remix 3" mixtape.

On Twitter, Aasim mentioned that he would be recording a verse for a new song by Kalenna. The singer has a mixtape due out on January 16, titled "Chamber of Diaries."

On Twitter, Aasim announced that he will release "Ladies' Night: The Mixtape" on Valentine's Day, February 14.
