Danja, the producer behind Dirty Money's "Hello Good Morning," spoke briefly with The Boombox about their upcoming "Last Train to Paris" album.

"It's energetic. It's emotional. As far as sonically and how he presents himself - I just think it's an all around album that a lot of different people can relate to in different ways," he says.

Janelle Monae is Rolling Stone's Artist of the Week and as part of the feature, they asked her some questions.

But Monáe also believes — quite plausibly — that she will help redefine what’s possible for black female performers. "I'm trying to open doors for girls who look like myself and have been told they can’t sing about this or that," she says.
