Ciroc has premiered the new "Art of Celebration" commercial, which has an alternate title, "Luck Be a Lady." Featuring the song of that name by Frank Sinatra, the commercial features Diddy and crew arriving in Las Vegas for some premium celebration.

It was directed by Anthony Mandler and features a number of actors, actresses and models.

Among the ladies, Eva Marcille ("Young and the Restless"), Lisa Seiffert, Dania Ramirez ("Entourage," "Heroes," "X-Men: The Last Stand"), Jerica Lamens, Jessica White, Christine Teigen and Jing Ma.

Among the men, Chad Michael Murray ("One Tree Hill"), Jesse Williams ("Grey's Anatomy"), Michael K. Williams ("The Wire," "Boardwalk Empire"), Matt Goss (singer, Caesars Palace headliner), Aaron Paul ("Breaking Bad") and Chris Jones.

"Frank Sinatra made some of the most iconic records of our time; it is truly an honor to use his music again for this campaign," said Diddy, via press release. "The Rat Pack defined the art of celebrating in style. I cannot imagine a Spirit more suitable for commemorating life with family and friends than Ciroc; a brand that has become synonymous with celebratory occasion."

The results are in and Machine Gun Kelly is the winner of MTV's "Hottest Breakthrough MC" of 2011. It was decided by a public poll, topping A$AP Rocky, Future, Freddie Gibbs, Kendrick Lamar, Mac Miller, Meek Mill, Lil Twist, Roscoe Dash and fellow Bad Boy rapper French Montana.

Earlier today, MTV's RapFix mentioned that, with 9 hours or so to go before the deadline, Machine Gun Kelly was leading in the voting for their 2011 "Hottest Breakthrough MC."

At the time, he was leading over Lil Twist, 347,349 to 312,745. Below, check out the profile they did on MGK.

About 9 hours before the voting deadline, French Montana was in 9th place in the voting. While it doesn't appear that he'll win, it looks like fellow Bad Boy rapper Machine Gun Kelly will. So, that's a consolation.
