Tonight we'll find out how the girls do without cameras and pre-fab plotlines when they headline the Louisville Palace, with Code Red opening (8 p.m., $26.50, $29.50).
I took my daughter & her friend to Danity Kane's concert in Louisville on the 20th and considering that they are my favorite group, I was extremely disappointed about how short Danity Kane performed. That day was my 32nd birthday and instead of spending it with my family, I chose to see DK in concert and could not believe all the build up to hardly 40 min of DK. The least they could have done was come back out for an oncore. I still love DK but I seriously doubt that I will spend my money to see them in concert again.
I wholeheartedly agree. I went as well and I am a 35 year old with two small children I could have been at home with rather than spend an hour waiting for the show to begin and then have the opening act, Code Red, perform longer than Danity Kane. They began at 9:47p and ended at 10:11p - completely unbelievable. I really love their music and believe they are all very talented, but the night was very disappointing. I've paid the same amount to see Janet Jackson in concert and got a "full" concert. At the least, DKs fans deserve an explanation of why so short.
