There will be some behind the scenes clips from Diddy's recent video shoot on MTV on Saturday, Sunday and Monday and on MTV 2 on Sunday. Times are not being announced. The clips are maybe 5 minutes or so in length, I'm thinking, and I'm not sure if it is going to be the same clip each time or not.

Update: Via JungleCity at BadBoyForever.com, it'll also be shown on MTVU on Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

According to MTV News, Diddy has shooting the "Diddy Rock" video today. It would seem that "Through the Pain" has already been shot or is being shot at the same time based on the fact that they were interviewing him from the "Through the Pain" set.

According to the performances section of the BET Awards site, Diddy will be performing. It should be a great night for Diddy - of course, it could be a really great night if he's able to win one or both of the categories he's nominated for.

A magazine cover with Diddy on it is featured in a new commercial (well, not brand new, but it doesn't appear to be old) for The Mail on Sunday. Watch it below (the first time you see Diddy is at 00:41).

Video Static reports that videos for "Through the Pain" and "Diddy Rock" have been booked. They will, apparently, be directed by Erik White, who directed the video for "Tell Me".

I'm being told that this will be two separate videos and not a split video. So, that would, most likely, make "Through the Pain" and "Diddy Rock" the 4th and 5th singles from the album, respectively, if it all plays out as it should.

It's a Clinton Sparks creation, taking Diddy's verse from "Everything I Love". Check it out at AllHipHop.com. You can also download the mix tape featuring the track from Clinton Sparks site. It's "SmashTime Radio, Vol. 5 Def Jam Edition".

A few days ago I described the new Diddy Burger King commercial. It turns out that it was directed by Paul Hunter. Check out the press release for more.

Burger King Corporation (NYSE:BKC) announced today that participating U.S. BURGER KING® restaurants are now open until midnight or later, seven days a week. Sean “Diddy” Combs, CEO, music mogul, entrepreneur and philanthropist made his debut as the chain’s “Late Night Ambassador” with a star appearance in a national ad spot announcing the new late night hours.

“In today’s 24-hour society people work harder and play longer,” said Russ Klein, president of global marketing, strategy and innovation, Burger King Corporation. “We’re responding to demand by offering our customers the option to fuel up with their favorite BURGER KING® menu items when they need us most. Diddy, our Late Night Ambassador, is front and center to spread the word.”

The new broadcast ad, titled “CEO to CEO,” takes place after midnight when Diddy gets a craving for his favorite BURGER KING® meal. Upon learning the restaurants are closed, he wakes up the Burger King Corporation CEO, who drives Diddy to a restaurant. The CEO opens the doors for Diddy and his entourage. The ad, directed by Paul Hunter, well-known for his work with stars such as Gwen Stefani and Justin Timberlake, began airing nationwide on June 1.

The campaign also includes custom-created late-night packaging designed by Sean John, Diddy’s award-winning clothing label. To help kick off the new expanded hours platform, a late-night paint scheme will adorn the BURGER KING® car during an upcoming NASCAR race.

Updated x4: Updated it to include Cassie. Thanks to Mia and dani for pointing this out.

I was watching the Red Sox and Yankees game when I heard someone say "Mr. Combs" and then I hear Diddy's voice. I turn to look and it turns out that it's a new Burger King commercial. Here is a description:

A couple of cars (a lead car with a truck behind it) pull up to a mansion. The lights are all out. One of the cars (presumably the lead car) honks it's horn. A light in the house turns on. Cut to the viewpoint from inside the car looking outside of the rear left window, where you can see a man in a bath robe. The man says "Mr. Combs?" Cut to Diddy in the car with Cassie behind him. Diddy says "You the CEO of BK. The man who says I can have it my way." The CEO (note, this is not the real CEO of Burger King, but an actor) says "Sure." Diddy continues, "I'm hungry. Y'all closed. Now, how you propose we resolve this?" CEO: "I'll get my keys." Cue the instrumental to "Diddy Rock" which plays until the end of the commercial.

Cut to the CEO hopping into the truck. Our view is from the windshield - two big men are in the front seat (presumably bodyguards). They arrive at Burger King. As the CEO gets out of the truck, he takes notice to the large crowd that is outside of the Burger King. He looks at Diddy for an explaination. Diddy says "I don't like to eat alone." They walk in and the CEO claps, which makes the lights go on. The staff is already there... standing in there with the lights off, apparently. Diddy: "Now that's what's up." The CEO smilies and puts his fist up to tap fists with Diddy, who leaves him hanging. Cassie laughs.

The commercial finishes by announcing that "BK's now open 'til midnight or later" with a neon blue sign rendition of the Burger King logo (reminiscent of the Press Play play button).
