I was just viewing a picture posted by Diddy on photo sharing service Plixi when I noticed advertisements for Microsoft's Bing search engine that featured Janelle Monae.

One advertisement in the header was not interactive, but a large one toward the right side of the page was. When you moved your mouse over Monae's face, it showed a page within Bing featuring Monae and highlighted her song "Locked Inside." When clicked, you are directed to the Janelle Monae page on Bing Music.

In February, O'Neal McKnight released a new mixtape for free download, "Sorry I Broke Your Heart."

Back in June of 2008, McKnight released the remix to his single "Check Your Coat," which featured Diddy, Jermaine Dupri and Greg Nice.

The track is included on the new mixtape but as I listened to it, I realized it was an alternate mix of the record. If you listen to the two, side by side, you'll note the differences, including a beat change under Diddy's verse.

Earlier today, we picked up a report by AllHipHop.com that Gorilla Zoe would be featured on the 2011 Get Green College Town Tour.

Gorilla Zoe saw this on Twitter and said that he would not be featured on the tour. Thanks to Zoe for reaching out. I apologize for the confusion.

Diddy will appear on the March 10 episode of "American Idol" on FOX, coaching the remaining contestants on swag and dressing them in Sean John. He will also perform "Coming Home" with Dirty Money and, for the first time live, Skylar Grey.

While chatting with Access Hollywood about the appearance, he praised Jennifer Lopez's contribution to the show.

"The way [Jennifer] handled coming after Simon and even myself from 'Making the Band' and the way we were hard coaches - she’s been like, a compassionate person," he said. "She has made me cry like twice and she's looked good doing it. And she has made sense so, you know, I'm proud of her."

Dirty Money performed "Hello Good Morning" on the show last March.

Pam Long, part of the trio that made up former Bad Boy trio Total, is working on a new project and was recently interviewed by I Miss the Old School. She discussed her time with Bad Boy, the group's end, the prospects of a reunion, her relationship with Diddy and her current project. It's a nice blast from the past.

It seems like all interviews with former Bad Boy artists have to include the "how was your relationship with Diddy" question. It's nice to see a mature adult being the one answering it because that doesn't always happen. Check out her website for more.
