Last month, Jenny Turknett of the Atlanta Journal-Constitutions Food and More blog reported that Justin's restaurant in Atlanta had closed for good, following a 14 year run.
In 2007, the New York location was closed, said to be in search of a new location. It has not reopened, meaning that no Justin's locations remain, with no announced plans to open a new one.
Back in November, two men were shot outside of Justin's, an Atlanta restaurant owned by Diddy.
According to the Associated Press, one of those men, Tony Austin, has filed a lawsuit against Diddy and the establishment, alleging that restaurant management knew the outside of the facility was unsafe and did not provide adequate security.

The last few months have been a little crazy and, as such, we have been focusing on high level stories - or stories that happened to cross my desk - here at Bad Boy Blog. At the same time, being a comprehensive source, I at least wanted to summarize some of the stories that fell through the cracks during this time. Check out some of them below.
Two People Shot Outside of Justin's in Atlanta
In November, two people were shot outside of Justin's in Atlanta, according to a report by WSB. There does not appear to have been an update to the story, so it is unclear if any arrests have been made in the shooting.
AllHipHop.com reports:
Rapper Fabolous was shot early this morning (Oct. 17) as he left Justin's, a popular New York eatery owned by Sean "Diddy" Combs.
I'm a Fabolous fan, so I'm sorry to hear that, but am glad that he's alright (in stable condition, accoing to the report).
Considering the supposed... well, dislike... between Diddy and Lil' Kim, this is interesting:
The rapper's homecoming party featured a catered meal, as well as a red velvet cake sent by P. Diddy's Manhattan restaurant Justin's.
Not gonna read much into it.
