01/03: Diddy Comments on New York Post Report About Obama Inauguration Tickets
Yesterday, the
New York Post's Page Six (gossip section) reported quoted an "insider" as follows:
"It's hilarious. Sean Combs is trying to get four tickets to the inauguration. He's acting like it's a party at Bungalow 8, like they should just let him in. He's too cheap to pay and thinks he can just show up."
Diddy's publicist, Keesha Johnson, was quick to dismiss these reports to
E! Online, saying:
"The story is ridiculous and untrue. Diddy was offered tickets by the Obama inaugural committee because of his work on the campaign trail with Jay-Z, Mary J. Blige and Kevin Liles. He never asked for tickets, and he was never asked to pay for them."
Diddy has a brief comment in the article, as well.
