Care of the track's producer,
Black the Beast, here is a
free download of "Curve" by J.Y. featuring Jim Jones and Red Cafe.
On
Diddy's Twitter, he shared a
free download of DJ Webstar's "Straight Outta Harlem" mixtape.
The mixtape features "B.F.F." featuring Cassie and Dorrough, which we
mentioned back in December and "Can You Hear Love" featuring Dawn Richard, which
appeared online in March as "In The Air Tonight."
It also includes a freestyle over Dirty Money's "Love Come Down" beat featuring Fatman Scoop and Webstar's take on the "O Let's Do It (Remix)," where he kept only Diddy's verse.
Mario, Bow Wow, Jim Jones, Styles P. and Jadakiss, among others, are also featured on the set.
BBC News reports that the wrongful death suit filed by Biggie's estate, against the City of Los Angeles, has been dismissed.
Originally filed in 2003, the case saw a mistrial in 2005 when the judge ruled that police officials had withheld documents and failed to provide statements made by a prison informant.
The lawyer for the estate, Bradley C. Cage, suggested to BBC that the case being dismissed could allow investigators to make arrests and to further analyze the case without fear of liability as part of the ongoing wrongful death suit proceedings.
But, both sides agreed that the suit could be re-filed later and Gage said it might take two to three years for that to happen, contingent upon any new developments. Gage maintains that he, and the estate, still don't have access to certain records, due to ongoing police and federal investigations.

Yesterday,
we shared the track listing for Janelle Monae's "The ArchAndroid" that was posted on Amazon.com. Conspicuously, it omitted both "Tightrope" and "Cold War."
I reached out to the relevant parties on Twitter (Bad Boy, Wondaland and Monae) and
Wondaland replied saying that the track listing was not the final, correct one.
What happens, often times, is that labels push a track listing to the retailers that is tentative and then, later, they clean it up with the final one. The message from the Wondaland Twitter account said we'd have the final one soon. Stay tuned.
Update: This track list is
not final.
Long time BBB reader
Adam pointed out that
Amazon.com has posted a track listing for Janelle Monae's "The ArchAndroid" and it doesn't include "Tightrope" featuring Big Boi, nor "Cold War," the two lead singles from the album. Here's how it breaks down:
1. Overture II
2. Dance or Die
3. Faster
4. Locked Inside
5. Sir Greendown
6. Neon Gumbo
7. Oh, Maker
8. Come Alive [War Of The Roses]
9. Mushrooms & Roses
10. Overture III
11. Neon Valley Street
12. Make The Bus
13. Wondaland
14. 57821
15. Say You'll Go
16. Ba Bop Bye Ya
It is very possible that this isn't the finished track listing. Amazon.com doesn't just make up track listings, so they received it from the label most likely, but it may just be an unfinished one. It's also possible that "Tightrope" and/or "Cold War" are bonus tracks or that they are going to promote them in an alternative way (i.e. offer them for free or for separate purchase). You can already pick up both tracks by
pre-ordering the album from her official website.
We'll have more on her track listing as it becomes available.
In the clip below, Diddy announced that Ciroc had been honored with a Double Gold medal at the
San Francisco World Spirits Competition. In total,
there 1,024 spirits submitted from 58 countries. Of them, there were 132 Double Gold medals awarded.
Ciroc Red Berry and Ciroc Coconut were also given bronze medals, but the field for those was much, much less selective.
