honoring Sean "Diddy" Combs as an entrepreneur. Andre Harrell and Mary J. Blige participated in the ceremony, with Blige performing "I Am," "Love No Limit," "I Love You" and "Be Happy." That's a good question; and one I don't know the answer to. But, in the video below, Beanie Sigel is seen recording verses to Dirty Money's "Angels." At the end of the clip, it is suggested that there is a remix to "Angels" on the way featuring both Rick Ross and Beanie Sigel.
I initially dismissed it, but then I saw the video's upload date: November 5. We didn't even know there was a remix with Rick Ross until around November 18,
when it premiered on Hot 97.
It's not particularly strange - guests get added and dropped to songs all the time - but, it is one of those potentially interesting factoids that fans appreciate, if it is true and, again, that is unclear. During the end of October, the whole Jay-Z and Beanie Sigel situation was blowing up. Obviously Diddy and Jay are friends and so, one might reasonably speculate that that had something to do with it. But, nothing is really known about Sigel's planned participation - or lack thereof - on this track.

AllHipHop.com's Roman Wolfe reports on an appearance by Diddy on CNN's "Anderson Cooper 360." During the show, Diddy mentioned that he plans to open a business school in New York; probably in Harlem.
"I want to have an academy that's known for building leaders," they quote him as saying. "I feel that's one of the things I can have an impact on."
January is
National Mentoring Month. In light of this,
Heavy D has written a very nice post about Diddy over at Global Grind, saying that Diddy became a mentor to him.
He also talks about Diddy's struggles and obstacles when he was coming up and how their relationship grew when Heavy D brought a young Mr. Combs everywhere with him. Check it out, it's a good read.
