Diddy, ever the showman, marked the special occasion. "Hold up, hold up, we not done yet," Diddy told the audience after he'd already brought out the LOX midway through "It's All About the Benjamins."
"I think we got one person missing," he continued, cutting the music off. "Brooklyn — stand up! Make some noise for my girl, Queen Bee!"
Entering the stage complete with pyrotechnics, classic video clips of his illustrious career and wearing all black, Diddy, accompanied by Hitmen producer and rapper Deric "D-Dot" Angelettie, came out to 1997's "Victory."
The crowd roared when Lil’ Kim and the LOX emerged for a 10th-anniversary performance of Diddy’s era-defining hit, “It’s All About the Benjamins.” He also demanded, five times, that people defy the rain by removing their ponchos. He was widely ignored, but still, you have to admire his nerve.
