According to a photo retweeted by Red Cafe, the rapper has shot a music video for a new song, "Loaded." It features Trey Songz and Fabolous. Stay tuned.
One detail caught my eye: Horowitz mentioned that Montana has a multi-album deal with Bad Boy. This fact may have been reported previously, but if it was, I don't recall.
According to a press release, French Montana will be joining Maybach Music Group's The MMG Tour starting on December 5 and going through December 16 Machine Gun Kelly has been opening the tour for all of their dates thus far.
Earlier this month, Red Cafe appeared on DJ Superstar Jay's show on Shade45. He freestyled over Juicy J's "Bandz A Make Her Dance." This was followed with an interview. Among the highlights:
- Referring to "Champagne for the Pain" (featuring Young Jeezy), Red Cafe said that if he had an album coming out soon, he'd put it on the album. But, since he doesn't, it'll be on his "American Psycho" mixtape, which was originally slated for October and is still coming. He did say that he thinks an album is within 6 months.
- He discussed how it is easy to get spoiled when you are hanging around Diddy and fall into the trap of thinking that you live his lifestyle and have achieved his level of success. He suggested that some former Bad Boy artists may fall into this camp, feeling that Diddy didn't treat them well, when a part of it was that they thought they were living his lifestyle and not taking the time to work hard.
