The second release in the leadup to "Black Flag," Machine Gun Kelly's new mixtape, has been posted to the rapper's Facebook page. Titled "Operation: Scream," It includes an MGK cover of Limp Bizkit's hit song, "Rollin'."
On Tuesday, Machine Gun Kelly released a video promoting his upcoming mixtape, "Black Flag," titled "Strike 1 - Operation: Acoustic Intelligence." You can watch it below. On his website, there is a countdown (right now, it has 1 hour and 6 minutes left on it) and followed by a list of 9 items, the first of which is this video.
The countdown labeled "Countdown to the next strike," indicating that the second item on the list, "Operation: Scream" will be released once time expires. It is unclear when the mixtape itself will drop.
Machine Gun Kelly shared a link to HotNewHipHop where you can download a copy of "Peso," the first single from his upcoming mixtape, "Black Flag." It premiered online yesterday and features Pusha T and Meek Mill. Listen and download below.
"Didn't expect to see this hit the internet today, oh well," he wrote on Facebook. "Let's go! 'Black Flag' coming soon!" He then linked to the song, which I'll embed below.
KillerHipHop.com has an interview with Machine Gun Kelly, where he reflected on the sales of "Lace Up," commenting that "we, honestly, had no true, real support from the labels."
He also discussed his recent run in with a double-decker bus in London. He was in town to shoot a music video with Sleeping With Sirens and to perform "Alone" with them live.

When Machine Gun Kelly's tour rolled into Detroit, he took time to pay homage to Eminem, who is from Detroit. He performed some of "Lose Yourself" on the steps of St. Andrews Hall, the basement of which houses Shelter, a club depicted in the movie "8 Mile," which starred Eminem. At his Detroit show, MGK performed the final battle verse that was offer by B. Rabbit, Eminem's character in the film.
