Women's Wear Daily reports that Sean John has hired Dawn Robertson as President. Formerly, Robertson had held the same position at Old Navy.
The former president, Robert Wichser, left last year for The Yucaipa Cos, where he is a principal. The Yucaipa Cos is a private equity firm that holds a position in Sean John.

Styles will include briefs, boxer-briefs, boxers, undershirts, pajamas and robes, among others. Sean John, a privately held company, was created by music icon and producer Sean "Diddy" Combs and made its fashion debut with a men's sportswear collection for the spring 1999 season. In 2004, Sean "Diddy" Combs for Sean John was honored by the Council of Fashion Designers of America as Men's Wear Designer of the Year. According to this press release, a Sean John store will be coming to Concourse B of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in Atlanta, Georgia. Construction will be completed in 2009.

Sean John's website is now offerin four different styles of limited edition Sean John t-shirts featuring the text in foil.
Despite what we were told and even the current header image on Diddy's MySpace, there was no "If I Were King" encore. If you were like me and waited to watch the show with the half hour intern special, well... tough luck. Not quite! You can watch the special online.
Through a press release, Diddy spoke about the "If I Were King" documentary.
