The Release Production History page has been updated to be current with the release of "Back Up N Da Chevy". With the releases of "Hustlenomics", "Welcome to the Zoo" and, especially, "Back Up N Da Chevy" (where he produced 8 of 13 tracks), Dee Jay Dana has made a big move up the list and has now produced 15 tracks on Bad Boy releases, more than Easy Mo Bee, Carlos Broady and Younglord.

Our Release Production History page is now up to date and current with the release of "Don't Talk, Just Listen". You'll notice that Mario Winans is now 1 track away from 100.

It's a cool moment for Bad Boy Blog as we've been mentioned on the official Bad Boy site for the first time, thanks to our interview of Elephant Man. If you look in the news section, you'll see it. Pretty awesome, right? :) Hopefully, it's the first of many such mentions as we continue working to be the best source of Bad Boy Entertainment related news on the web.

I just wanted to mention something new here at Bad Boy Blog - our Feature Story. When we publish a story that we believe is particularly interesting, we'll feature it in the upper right portion of the site (at the top of the black menu). BadBoyForums.com launched today. It's an unofficial Bad Boy fan community and an extension of Bad Boy Blog. If you'd like to discussion Bad Boy, it's artists and related ventures with other Bad Boy fans, please check it out.

We've got some big news to share: on May 6 (05/06/07), we'll be launching BadBoyForums.com., an unofficial Bad Boy fan community. BadBoyForums.com will be a community where fans of Bad Boy and any/all of it's artists can feel welcome.

The community will hold the same principles as Bad Boy Blog - namely:

- Respect for one another, at all times.
- No vulgarities or inappropriate discussions (except in rare exceptions like song titles and lyrics where the term(s) must be self censored).
- Respect for intellectual property. No illegal distribution of copyrighted materials (such as audio), privately or publicly.

We're looking for some people to let in before we launch to help get some topics and activity going. If you're interested, please leave a comment with your e-mail or e-mail me. I'm looking forward to it.

One year ago today, Bad Boy Blog launched. It's been a good year and I didn't want it to pass without a mention.

I also wanted to thank everyone who regularly visits and supports Bad Boy Blog. A big thank you to all of the people that have helped us report accurate, interesting information - all of the artists, managers, producers, label people, PR people and so on and so forth. Thanks!

We've got some interesting stuff in development that I will be able to talk about in time. I look forward to seeing what the next year brings, for both Bad Boy Blog and Bad Boy Entertainment.

I just wanted to mention that I just finished a large update of the music video data on the releases page. Dead links have been removed and all of the links to videos on that page are working as of this second.

From January 18 through February 3, posting here at Bad Boy Blog will be pretty light as I have some things coming up that will pull me away from the site. But, I will be around and should be able to post some, as well.

If you are wondering where our audio player went, I just wanted to mention that it's still there in the right menu - it's just lower on the page.
