He says it in this
video where Beanie Sigel says he's an "official State Property representative." He also says it doesn't mess with his deal with Bad Boy. So, what does it mean? Who knows.

I thought he already was. But,
CONCRETELOOP.COM says it went down on May 1 and has pictures. It may have been something like Bad Boy had some sort of rights to him, so they hadn't signed a deal with him yet because they didn't have to. Or something. Honestly, no idea.
