07/16: Shooting Victim Sues Diddy, Justin's
Back in November,
two men were shot outside of Justin's, an Atlanta restaurant owned by Diddy.
According to the
Associated Press, one of those men, Tony Austin, has filed a lawsuit against Diddy and the establishment, alleging that restaurant management knew the outside of the facility was unsafe and did not provide adequate security.
