09/22: "Shades" by Diddy/Dirty Money featuring Lil' Wayne and Justin Timberlake Appears Online
A new Diddy record, "Shades," has appeared online, featuring both Lil' Wayne and Justin Timberlake. The song, which is tagged as Diddy, rather than Dirty Money, begins with a slow build up including a Lil' Wayne verse that is more spoken word than rap. Diddy sings and, toward the end, Justin Timberlake enters with a rap verse of his own.
It is almost certainly unfinished and, though it is tagged as Diddy, I have to believe that it is a Dirty Money record (whether or not it ends up featuring Dawn Richard and/or Kalenna, who are not on the record that is now circulating) because of the timing and the fact that Lil' Wayne and Justin Timberlake are both confirmed collaborators for
"Last Train to Paris."
Stay tuned.
