09/04: Lloyd Banks Reflects on Working on Diddy's "Victory 2004"
On March 9, 2004, Bad Boy released a compilation album,
"Bad Boy's 10th Anniversary... The Hits" and that compilation featured one new record: "Victory 2004" by Diddy featuring The Notorious B.I.G., 50 Cent and Lloyd Banks.
It is a remix of the original "Victory" with new rap verses from Diddy, 50 and Banks. The main cut was around 6:23 long, but they also released an extended version with additional bars from Banks that finished at around 7:48.
Banks spoke to Rap Radar about the track, which apparently began as a freestyle before making it onto "Victory 2004."
