06/02: Photographer of Diddy/Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris" Album Cover Speaks
Last week,
the album cover for Dirty Money's "Last Train to Paris" premiered.
Who shot the photo? It was Jarrod "Jrod" Kimber who took the photo during a vacation in 2008. He
posted the picture on his blog in December of that year. On May 30,
he posted an entry talking about how the photo ended up as an album cover.
In short, he was contacted multiple times by Interscope, who wanted to buy the rights to the photo to use it as an album cover. But, he didn't know what act it was for. Turns out, it was for "Last Train to Paris."
