05/28: Janelle Monae's "The ArchAndroid" Debuts at 17 on Billboard 200, 4 on Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums
Janelle Monae's "The ArchAndroid: Suites II and III" has debuted at 17 on The Billboard 200, the big chart representing the best selling albums of the past week, regardless of genre.
The album came in at 4 on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, 7 on the Top Digital Albums chart, 8 on the Tastemakers chart, 16 on the Top Current Albums chart and 17 on the Top Internet Albums chart.
Due to the increased interest in Monae's music, her debut, major label EP "Metropolis: The Chase Suite (Special Edition)" re-entered on the Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums chart, as well.
