11/19: Ted Smooth to Remix Diddy/Dirty Money's "Angels" and "Love Come Down" (featuring Jim Jones)
Last night on
Hot 97, Funkmaster Flex interviewed Dirty Money and
Diddy mentioned that veteran DJ Ted Smooth would be remixing some tracks for them, but he didn't specify what those tracks were.
On Twitter,
Ted Smooth was kind enough to RT (retweet, which means to pass the message forward on Twitter) the story and so I asked him for some details, which he graciously provided. He
told me that the remixes would be of "Angels" and "Love Come Down," Dirty Money's dueling lead singles. The "Love Come Down" remix will feature Jim Jones, but it
will not be the
remix that Flex played last night that featured Jones alongside Fabolous and Red Cafe. When the remixes are released, we'll have more.
