08/31: Diddy Calls Vogue Anna Wintour His Godmother in Fashion; Discusses Britney Spears' Presidental Bid
Valerie Nome of OK! Magazine has a quick interview with Diddy. Though the title implies he's comparing himself to Vogue editor Anna Wintour, he actually heaps praise on her, calling her his godmother in fashion.
“She’s like a godmother to me. She doesn’t know that, but I’ve adopted her as a godmother to me in fashion because she’s the one who first took me to the shows in Paris, she’s the one whose always treated me like a designer when she reviewed my collections and told me the truth about what was right and what was wrong.”
Almost two weeks ago,
Britney Spears appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman (video) to read the "top 10 days the country would be different if Britney Spears were President." Number two was "Vice President Diddy."
"I would gladly accept," Diddy told Nome.
