05/27: Diddy (@iamdiddy) Passes 1 Million Followers on Twitter
Congratulations to Diddy for becoming the 13th Twitter user to reach 1,000,000 followers. He posted the video below, to mark the milestone:
Coincidentally, the #unfollowdiddy hashtag is now a trending topic on
Twitter Search. The comments tied to the tag reads like a good example of a Twitter mob gone bad - a manifestation of gossip hounds, people who believe Diddy is responsible for all aspects of his artists' lives forever, people who believe everything negative they read about celebrities, people who are looking to gain some sort of shine off of the situation and people who are simply legitimate "haters." By and large, anyway.
It'll pass and Diddy is best served by doing what he always does with these situations, which is to keep it moving.
