04/03: Report: Bad Boy, Block Entertainment, Atlantic and Boyz N Da Hood Sued for Copyright Infringement on "Table Dance"
AllHipHop.com's Nolan Strong reports that R&B singer
Rythum has filed a copyright infringement suit against Bad Boy, Block Entertainment, Atlantic Records (Bad Boy's parent label) and Boyz N Da Hood. In the suit, he claims that "Table Dance" from Boyz N Da Hood's second album, "Back Up N Da Chevy," takes from his own "Private Dancer."
The
Rhythum MySpace has a track titled "Private Dancer" in the audio player, so you can give it a listen and compared it to "Table Dance," which can also be
heard on MySpace.
Via
StarPulse, who has a pretty poor, sensational headline: "Diddy Accused of Stealing Boyz N Da Hood Song."
