The soundtrack to "Notorious," the Biggie biopic due out this Friday, has been released on Bad Boy Records today. This album marks the second soundtrack that Bad Boy has released, following 2003's "Bad Boys II: The Soundtrack." Besides the standard retail version of the album, there is also a
DVD exclusive at Target stores and a
bonus iTunes version with music videos.
In addition to music from previously release Biggie albums, the soundtrack also features new music from Jay-Z (the lead single, "Brooklyn Go Hard," featuring Santogold) and Jadakiss (
"Letter to B.I.G." featuring Faith Evans) and a remixed version of the Biggie classic, "One More Chance/Stay With Me (Remix)" that
features Biggie's son, C.J., rapping alongside his father. Perhaps, though, the coolest thing about the release is the inclusion of Biggie's three track demo tape, with rough cuts titled "Microphone Murderer," "Guaranteed Raw" and "Love No Ho." You can listen to all of these tracks in our
audio player.
