12/28: Video: Diddy Talks More About Ciroc's $1 Million Dollar Offer to the City of New York
The video below features Diddy talking more about the offer that he and Ciroc made to the town of New York,
earlier this week, where he said that they would give $1 million dollars, if the color of the ball dropped in Times Square was changed to blue.
