06/05: Diddy's Attorneys Threatening Cuff-Daddy?
TMZ.com reports that Diddy's attorneys are threatening
Cuff-Daddy, a company that sells cufflinks. Eh... not sure that's really a great idea. Was their name almost certainly inspired by Puff Daddy? Sure. I'm a little familar with these sorts of matters and there is always the thought that they have to defend their trademark of they lose it.
But, too often, attorneys simply fire off nasty letters without regard for common sense, or even proper approach. I'd be somewhat surprised if Diddy knew of it.
