04/10: Danity Kane Set to Perform at the U92.7 FM Anniversary Bash
The girls of Danity Kane are scheduled to perform at the U92.7 Anniversary Bash in Aubrey O'Day's hometown of La Quinta, CA. After making their rounds in the other members hometowns, its Aubrey's turn at this radio celebration. The radio station has shown great support for the group, with their single "Damaged" in constant rotation. We're really excited," O'Day told
The Desert Sun. "Everybody (in the group) has heard about the desert and they've never got to see it. I think the desert was the No. 1 station playing our single in the beginning. They broke all the records for (their first single) "Show Stopper," but definitely for (their new single) "Damaged." I was like, 'You guys! My home town station is breaking all the records!"
The U92.7 Anniversary Bash is scheduled for Saturday, April 12th from Noon-7pm, the gates open at 11 a.m. The concert will be located at the Riverside County Fairgrouds, 82-503 Hwy 111, Indio, CA. The cost of tickets is $25 and will include other acts; Ray-J, E-40 and Cherish.
