10/11: Judge Denies Request for Pictures of Diddy's Jewelry
Back in
September, I reported that Gerard Rechnitzer, the man who
filed an assault suit against Diddy, had filed a motion requesting pictures of Diddy's jewelry, in order to match up with the marks apparently left on his person. That motion
has been denied, according to Sixshot.
According to Los Angeles' CBS, aside from denying Rechnitzer's request for photos of the rings, Judg e Robert L. Hess also turned down Rechnitzer's request for Diddy to answer to written questions relating to the incident.
