Differences

After giving all of the tracks a quick listen, there are a number of differences to note.

First, "Willie Bounce", "Gangster World", "That La La" and "Real Pimps" are on the Japanese version only while "Like a Snake" and "Wave Ya Rag"/"Spin Your Rag" are on both the Japanese and iTunes versions. "Feel The Steam", "Jump", "Back That Thing On Me (Shake That)", "Our World", "Sweep The Floor", "Body Talk", "Who Wanna" and "Gully Creepa" are on the U.S. and iTunes releases, but not on the Japanese.

A couple of the tracks have been renamed, but are on both the Japanese and U.S. releases. They are "Ready Fi Di Video", which is renamed to "Dem Nah Ready" and the afforementioned "Wave Ya Rag", which is now "Spin Your Rag".

"Drop Dead" has a slightly longer intro on the Japanese version. "Throw Your Hands Up" is mixed differently on the U.S. versions and has a much different sound. Finally, if there was any confusion, "Shake That A** is on Fire" from the Japanese version is completely different from "Back That Thing On Me (Shake That)".

With this in mind, the diehard Elephant Man fan will definitely want to buy the Japanese version and at least one of the U.S. physical or iTunes versions, as that will allow you to get all of the tracks.
