Check out our Bad Boy Records section for more posts about Bad Boy Records.
chronic magazine has an interview with LV of Grind Music. He talks about Aasim, Diddy and more.

Chronicmagazine.com: Tell me a little about [Aasim]. What can listeners expect to hear from him?

LV: It’s new. It’s lyrical…We’re bring emceeing back. Back in the day, people really wanted to hear what emcees had to say. That’s what we’re trying to bring back. ...

Chronicmagazine.com: Aasim’s on Grind Music and Bad Boy. What type of role does Bad Boy play in Aasim’s project? Do they have any creative control?

LV: It’s been a good thing. Puff will have his say-so, but he really left it all up to us. ‘This is your s***. This is what you do.’ ...

Chronicmagazine.com: What’s the most important lesson you’ve learned so far?

LV: What you get out is what you put in. I learned a lot from Puff’s work ethic. Puff never sleeps. Working on his album [Press Play] was the craziest sh*t in my life. I never slept. There were times when I had to just sneak out the studio. He’s a monster – in a good way. He works. He doesn’t stop. We’ll work on a record, mix it and take it to the club to see how it sounds. Then, we’ll go back and do it over again. He’s a monster. We just did a remix for him and Lil Wayne. He flew all the way from Toronto to hear the mix. That dude doesn’t stop.

He also mentioned that hopefully Aasim's album will be out in May or June. He just finished working on something with Cheri Dennis and he's also working with Mario Winans and Ness.
