08/22: Victory Rock Remixes
Just a little blast from the past. I was clearing out some links and came across
MTV News article talking about various people/groups submiting rock remixes of Victory to Diddy. In the end, they went with the Nine Inch Nails (Trent Reznor) one, but I wouldn't mind hearing the others, of course. But, then, I'm a fan, so that's natural.
On the heels of the "All About The Benjamins" rock remix (currently the top-selling single in the country) Puffy has put out the call for another rock remix, this time for "Victory," the next single from his "No Way Out" album.
Reznor has already submitted a rock version of "Victory" as have Anthrax, the Deftones, Dinosaur Jr. mastermind J Mascis, and Fuzzbubble, the only rock act on Puffy's Bad Boy label. Korn and Megadeth are also poised to get in on the act as well.
