WEUP Black Arts Festival this weekend:
In past years the festival, held on the station's grounds on Jordan Lane, has hosted the likes of Lil' Romeo, Mike Jones and T.I. This year, organizers scored a coup with Yung Joc, who has the Billboard No. 1 hip-hop song, "It's Goin' Down." Read an interview with him on Go.3. ...
Other acts booked include Mila J, Cherish, Bohagon, J Shin, Rasheeda, Project Pat, Field Mob and Cheri Dennis.
They are set to close out the event with Cheri Dennis appearing on the Pepsi stage at 5:40 PM on Saturday and Yung Joc following her at 6:00 PM.
