Atlantic Records site has posted the following tracklisting:

It says that it will be an Enhanced CD. It also mentions that there are vocals from A.D. "Griff" Griffin, Big Gee, Boyz N Da Hood, Brandy "Ms. B" Hambrick, Cheri Dennis, Corey "Black Owned C Bone" Andrews, Marques Houston, Nicholas "Play Boy Nick" Smith and Rodell Lewis. We would have to assume this is incomplete since Yung Joc had said that
Lil' Wayne will be on the album.
