Remember, back in April, when Diddy.com featured two viral videos? I wrote a detailed recap of each. Well, the questions I asked back then were answered tonight on "I Want to Work for Diddy." You see, the creation of those videos was the challenge. The purpose of the fan vote? Deciding the winning team.

In the end, "The Applesauce Bandit" won and Brianna was eliminated.

Watch below for a clip from the next episode of "Making the Band 4." In this portion, Diddy and Aubrey are arguing about her place in the group. Out of all of the girls in the group, I have to say that I am a fan of Aubrey the least. I mean, I like her as artist, but she seemingly goes out of her way to create controversy and bring attention to herself and those around her - in a negative light. It just gets old.

The Birmingham News has an interview with Laverne Cox from "I Want to Work for Diddy".

Compensation, of course, comes from increased public attention, more job prospects, interviews with the media and lots of hits on her Web site.

"People are stopping me on the street, saying 'I saw you on the Diddy show!', and a lot more people know who I am in this business," Cox says. "I also think my presence on TV is sparking a dialogue. Diddy opens doors."
