Dexter R. Mullins has interviews with both Kennis and Ivory, contestants from "I Want to Work for Diddy 2."

DM:Obviously, no one wants to lose or be eliminated. Did you think you would have been eliminated the way you did?

K:No. Who would have thought that? (laughs) I guess the way I got eliminated was kind of childish. As I sat in the room and they called up Ivory, then the next person...Then capricorn called my name and I was like “I don’t have any speech, I wasn’t prepared for it.”

VH1 has an interview with Daniel Orrison, the runner-up on "I Want to Work for Diddy 2."

What’s on the horizon for you?

Right after I filmed the show, I flew to Napa Valley, California, and worked a wine harvest for Chateau Montelena, which is probably the most famous winery in Napa Valley. It was easily the hardest thing I’ve ever done. People would ask me, “How was working for Diddy?” and I’d say, “Not nearly as hard as this wine harvest!” We’d work from 6 in the morning till midnight. It was an incredible opportunity, though. Now, I’ve moved back to New York and accepted a position at Wine&Spirits magazine. I’m also in the process of starting my own business, the Urban Vine. We’re trying to do for wine, food and travel what Lupe Fiasco has done for the combination of skateboarding and hip-hop. We’re taking a real young, urban, hip look at the culinary world and the travel world. It’s an exciting time for me, trying to start something on my own, but I am looking for employment advancements as well.

Kelly R. Cantrall of The News-Enterprise has an interview with Ebony Jones, the recently crowned winner of "I Want to Work for Diddy 2."

She will move to New York City in the next week or so to sign her contract and start work. She said while a lot of details aren’t clear, she will be acting as a liaison between Diddy and the media, and helping him in any way she can.

Perhaps I'll be talking to her soon. Good luck to her.

Earlier today, we picked up on an interview with Ebony from "I Want to Work for Diddy 2" where she mentioned that she hadn't yet started at Bad Boy. This wasn't terribly odd since the show just ended and her already working at Bad Boy would have given away the winner prematurely.

On Twitter, Capricorn Clark, who was one of the show's judges and is the Global Brand & Viral Marketing Director for Sean Combs/Bad Boy, mentioned that she would be starting soon.

"The finale was last night," she wrote. "She starts soon! Come on people! Starting any sooner would ruin the show!"

Update: Ebony is set to begin work "soon."

Ebony may have won "I Want to Work for Diddy 2," but in an interview with VH1, she says that her cursing on the show lost her job as a teacher and she hasn't yet started at Bad Boy (but last year's winners, Mike and Suzanne, hadn't started either at this point, apparently).

I talked to Mike and Suzanne at this point last season and they hadn’t started yet either. Are you worried?

Yeah! I’m unemployed! I lost my job. I taught algebra and coached basketball and football. They said a teacher is a public servant, and the thing that got me was the profanity. That was a violation against our code of conduct, per our teacher handbook. I didn’t find this out until they fired me, but they did so Friday, October 30, which was a few days before the show came on. They said it was bad PR for the school. So I’ve been unemployed ever since, and they also denied my unemployment. This is the most broke I’ve ever been in my life.

Danielle Canada at Hip Hop Wired reports that Fox Searchlight, State Street Pictures and Bad Boy Films have all been sued by billboard model Angelyne, who claims that one of the billboards with her picture on it was featured for 12 seconds in the film, without her permission.

She says that this has caused her a "loss of reputation and standing in the community" and is seeking $100,000 in damages.

Thanks Jonathan for the tip.
